Teeth Whitening
FIX DISCOLORATION FOR A BRIGHT NEW SMILE.
To an extent, discoloration occurs naturally as we age. Particular foods and beverages, as well as smoking, may make the discoloration process more rapid. Discolored teeth can negatively affect your smile and reduce your self-esteem. However, there is a solution: Teeth whitening can make a dramatic difference to your smile, making it look younger and healthier. At Dr. Gregory S. Sexton, DDS, we use Opalescence Go, which is a professional-strength whitening kit you use in the comfort of your own home. We also offer NiteWhite, which is another well-known take-home solution. NiteWhite involves the use of custom-made trays combined with a concentrated whitening solution. The solution is available in different strengths depending on how bright you want your smile to be.
Composite Dental Bonding
CORRECT CHIPPED OR MISSHAPEN TEETH.
Composite dental bonding restores teeth to their correct size and shape. It’s particularly useful for younger patients who have misshapen teeth or issues with spacing after orthodontic treatments. Composite dental bonding involves the application of composite resin, which your dentist shapes and bonds directly to the tooth. It is fast, affordable, and minimally invasive, making it a perfect treatment for masking a range of cosmetic flaws.

ClearCorrect
A WELL-ALIGNED SMILE IS A HEALTHY ONE.
A misaligned bite, or malocclusion, can adversely affect your everyday life. It can impact chewing and your ability to get the nutrition you need. It may even affect speech and cause jaw pain, swallowing difficulty, and other oral health problems.
ClearCorrect aligners are an effective solution for malocclusion. They address misalignment by gently repositioning teeth to achieve a beautiful and properly functioning smile. ClearCorrect aligners are made of a tri-layer material designed to look good, be comfortable, and get the job done. They are an innovative orthodontic option based on decades of research that creates beautiful, straight smiles.
Porcelain and E.max Veneers
DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE YOUR SMILE.
Veneers are a great solution for numerous aesthetic concerns. Whether your teeth are worn, misshapen, chipped, cracked, or discolored, veneers could be the answer. They can also fix the aesthetics where there are gaps or spacing issues.
At Dr. Gregory S. Sexton, DDS, we offer two options for veneers: porcelain and e.max, a lithium disilicate glass ceramic. Both materials are strong and stain resistant and have a natural look and feel. Veneers do require some preparation to ensure they sit snugly over the teeth, but it is usually minimal. If you would like to improve your smile with veneers, Dr. Sexton can take a look and recommend the solution that will best suit your situation.
Dental Crowns
SUPPORT DAMAGED TEETH.
Dental crowns are a common treatment used to provide strength and support to damaged teeth. At Dr. Gregory S. Sexton, DDS, we use lab-created zirconia and e.max crowns, as well as full-gold crowns for posterior teeth. Once we prepare the tooth, we take an impression to ensure your new crown fits perfectly. The shade of your new zirconia or e.max crown will match the surrounding teeth and will blend in beautifully with your natural smile. So if you have worn, chipped, or damaged teeth, ask Dr. Sexton if crowns might be a good solution for your smile.
Crown Lengthening
SAY GOODBYE TO A GUMMY SMILE.
Crown lengthening is a single-appointment treatment to remove excess gum tissue and some of the underlying jawbone to expose more tooth structure. We may recommend crown lengthening if you want to address the appearance of short teeth by altering the tooth-to-gum ratio or if you need more surface area for a crown or bridge to attach to. The use of local anesthesia ensures that you do not feel any discomfort during treatment as Dr. Sexton carefully removes the excess tissues and reshapes the gums with precision. You will receive aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth recovery.
